| Doc Text: |
Rebase package(s) to version: ctdb-2.5.1
Highlights, important fixes, or notable enhancements:
- new config options e.g.:
* CTDB_SOCKET
* CTDB_DBDIR
* CTDB_DBDIR_PERSISTENT
* CTDB_DBDIR_STATE
- improved man pages
- support for Performance Co-Pilot (PCP)
With the new version of CTDB some internal operation have changed to improve stability and reliability. As a consequence the new version cannot be mixed with older versions running in parallel in the same cluster.
To update CTDB in an existing cluster CTDB must be stopped on all nodes in the cluster before the upgrade starts. Then the nodes can be updated one after the other and started again.
