libdatrie was once prepared for packaging per bug 733925. However it failed and has been bundled for years in libthai.

As bundled library is not allowed without exception(I don't want to do more research here), I just submitted a review request of libdatrie again.

This library is used by myself, but I think it's useful for libthai also.

So please unbundle the static libdatrie hacked by Behdad in libthai once I finish that review successfully.
