Description of problem:

After login, go to the /forum/openshift page, found the yellow warning overlaps, details see in attachment.

1.Login to community site
2.Go to /forum/openshift page
3.

Actual results:

The yellow warning overlaps on the page, details see in attachment.

Expected results:

The yellow warning should not be overlap on the page.

We are no longer using the forums so this bug no longer needs to be fixed
