Description of problem:

RFE
It would be nice to have a VM option to power-on as soon as oVirt becomes ready (e.g. SPM established).

It would also be nice to have a VM option to open the console at power-on.

It's been pointed out that this is two separate features which probably will be implemented in different places, so I am separating out the auto-open-console feature into a separate RFE. That is now in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1062751

This RFE is to track the feature for auto-power-on of a VM once oVirt becomes ready.
