Description of problem:
In the configuration reference guide, (https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform/4/html-single/Configuration_Reference_Guide/index.html#ceph-rados)  The link in the notes section ( For more information about Ceph, see http://www.sebastien-han.fr/blog/2012/06/10/introducing-ceph-to-openstack/) as well as the line "For detailed installation instructions and benchmarking information, see http://www.sebastien-han.fr/blog/2012/06/10/introducing-ceph-to-openstack/. "

link to a blog that is a) not a Red Hat sourced article, b) out of date.  
The article references Nova volume which is no longer in use, replaced by cinder.  The blog referenced has not been updated since Jun 10th, 2012

Don,  There is a second mention of that same blog at the bottom of the page.  I think pulling both of those will be sufficient at this time.

Thanks Jeff, sorry I missed that. I've removed it now (same draft link). 

Also created an upstream bug + patch for this so we can get it into Icehouse and automatically pulled down.

Reassigning to Summer Long so it can get tracked for RHOS5.0/Icehouse.

So, Don did a patch in the CRG for 4.0, but leaving this open to ensure that it's dealt with upstream (and therefore not undone when we branch for Icehouse).

Change has been merged upstream; just need to shift to QE when CRG is branched.
