Description of problem:

The RHEVM VM snapshots cannot be deleted when VM is power on and running. To delete the snapshot we need to power off the VM. This is not an acceptable solution in production environment.

If snapshots are taken on a continuous basis, the number of snapshots will keep on piling and this will lead to unnecessary storage consumption.

Easily reproducible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take VM snapshot 
2. Try to delete the snapshot when VM is running (It will not allow)
