Description of problem:
if user tries to create more than 5 labels on host network interface it is not possible because there is no possibility of scrolling (see screenshot)

oVirt Engine Version: 3.4.0-0.7.beta2.el6
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Host -> your host -> Network Interfaces -> Setup Host Networks
2. click on the pencil icon on the management interface (e.g. em1)
3. fill in 5 labels
Actual results:
cannot fill in more than 5 labels because it is not possible to scroll
Expected results:
when user fills more than 5 labels enable scrolling
