Description of problem:
/usr/bin/rhts-db-submit stops working after sysctl net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1

Beaker job is aborted after watchdog expires.
Script that calls 'net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1' is not finished.
