Another user experienced a similar problem:
1. run fedora
2. run gdm
3. authentication fingerprint
cmdline: gnome-shell --mode=gdm --wayland --display-server
reason: gnome-shell killed by SIGTRAP
runlevel: N 5
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
