Fix memory like and clear password on error.

Description of problem:

If we get an error in pam_set_item() will trying to set the password, we will return failure and fail to clear and free password. (pam_get_pwd() line 165 of src/pam_pkcs11/pam_pkcs11.c).



How reproducible:

code inspection, found by cppcheck.
