Doc Text:	OpenStack Block Storage package openstack-cinder has been rebased to the upstream stable release 2013.2.2. The bugfixes contained in this release were backported from the development branches into a stable branch. The release is intended to be a relatively risk free update with no intentional regressions or API changes. Critical and High classified issues addressed by this rebase: Block Storage did not gracefully handle missing volume groups. Process would become stuck in the 'creating' state. GlusterFS would attempt to use an invalid base argument when deleting attached snapshots. GlusterFS snapshot_delete operations would fail if the backing file for the snapshot did not exist.
