Description of problem:


When creating a new cert via Catalog WebUI, we need to change post.cgi to update the new fields for public view.  Those fields include
spec_url,
category,
product, 
version,
platforms,
status,
is_public
and may or may not include model_id

Also, we need to update those fields when creating a new cert via hwcert-client and it will be covered by another bug.
