Title: Configure Locking (Remote Client-Server Mode)

Describe the issue:

> The isolation parameter defines the isolation level used for the local cache. Valid values for this parameter are REPEATABLE_READ and READ_COMMITTED. 

REPEATABLE_READ is not supported in JDG 6.2 client-server mode, it causes a configuration error at boot time.

Suggestions for improvement:

Remove REPEATABLE_READ
