Reproduced with above steps on latest RHEL6.5 with virt-manager-0.9.0-19.el6.x86_64.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM for vista select OS type as "Windows" and version as"Microsoft Windows vista",forward to create a disk image.
2. the default disk image is 8G,but vista install needs at least 15G,if we create VM with the default setting, install will fail
3.

this won't happen for RHEL-6.6. AFAICS, there is no libosinfo package on 6.x.

And even if libosinfo is available, we couldn't make this change, it would be far too invasive at this point in RHEL6
