Description of problem:
On RHEL6 we collect a seed during system install so that first boot has enough entropy to generate any keys it may need for the life of the machine (ssh-keygen). This has disappeared from the initscripts spec file. The seed saved needs to be 4096 bytes to not create a regression with rhel6.6.

initscripts doesn't need changes for this.

An invocation of "/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-random-seed" is included in the systemd RPM postinst scripts, that should suffice.
