Description of problem:
The format of pre-signed URLs has changed, and the URL parsing code in S3_PING needs to be modified to allow S3_PING to work in AWS. This commit to JGroups fixes the issue and should be backported to the JGroups 3.4.x code branch:

Backported to 3.4.3, running testsuite. I'll release 3.4.3 in ca. 20 minutes if the testsuite passes
