Same label on VLAN + bridged network + host interface blocks Setup Host Networks dialog

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create non-required bridged network NET_bridged with label lb_1 attached to Cluster
2. label host interface host with interface labeled lb_1
3. Create (and attach to Cluster) VLAN network VLAN1 with label lb_1
4. go to Hosts -> your host -> Network Interfaces -> Setup Host Networks

Actual results:
dialog shows loading icon forever (see sceenshot)

Expected results:
actual Setup Networks dialog opens

Additional info:
to mitigate the problem remove the label from VLAN
