Missing submenu entries

Description of problem:

Submenu entries are tied to admin role only. If user configures his custom role, through the file workbench-policy.properties
for example:

roles.wb_everything=DEV-RESEARCH_ANALYST

where DEV-RESEARCH_ANALYS can be role from LDAP he can't see this entries.

In order to be able to see these submenu entries the user has to has role 'admin'.

The screenshot of the missing submenu entries is attached.
It is "Organizational Units" and "Repositories" links.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BPM/BRMS 6.0.0

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. assign custom role in workbench-policy.properties
2. log into the business central
3. "Organizational Units" and "Repositories" links are missing from the submenu

Actual results:
"Organizational Units" and "Repositories" links are missing from the submenu

Expected results:
"Organizational Units" and "Repositories" links are present

Menu Home only
Comment 4 Pavel Kralik 2014-05-02 10:24:34 EDT
When I change roles.wb_everything=admin to any other role I will get Home menu.

Kris,

Could you reassign this? I'm not sure if I can be of any use in this and we're running on a tight schedule in dashbuilder.

Thanks,

Jan

Verified on BPMS 6.0.3 ER1
Comment 20 Vikram Goyal 2014-09-11 20:25:42 EDT
Tomas - has this been verified on BRMS 6.0.3 as well? If yes, then we will need to document it for the BRMS Guide.
Comment 21 Tomas Livora 2014-09-15 08:00:48 EDT
Yes, it has also been verified on BRMS 6.0.3 ER1. I should have mentioned it in my previous comment.
