Update README.fedora

Description of problem:

The current example in README.fedora do not allow to easily copy&paste the commandline because a lot needs to be adjusted. The attached patch changes this. Also it addes the proper mode for the tmpfs fstab entry.

However it seems that using tmpfs actually slows things down, because this breaks using hardlinks for downloaded packages. At least it seemed to be this ways.

Thanks, will take care of this tomorrow. As for tmpfs, I guess it depends on the codebase size. With a large c++ codebase, I seemed to speed things up nicely.
