Thank you. I also have in mail request to update qutim. And 0.3.2 branch made by my request. We are working to update. But it still have minor issue with new version of cmake present in Fedora repos.

Disabled offtheroad plugin because it is not compatible with our libotr version (upstream bug: https://github.com/euroelessar/qutim/issues/298). Ruslan (author) promise solve it in week or so.
