User wants to be able to find recently fired alerts by their name using partial name matching or keywords in alert names that may be dependent on their own naming scheme. For example, production system alerts may all be prefixed with "[Production]" and network type alerts may contain the key phrase "Network Alert" in their name. The point of the feature is to have a dashboard portlet which limits the view to those specific name patterns. Essentially allowing a recent alerts portlet which represents "Recent Product Alerts" or "Recent Network Alerts".
