go to deploy a bundle. In the deploy wizard, there is a green + button that lets you create groups.

Click and and go through the create-group wizard - assign it a platform.

Now when you go back to the deploy wizard, the group still doesn't show in the drop down.

Go to the main Inventory>Groups view and notice there are no members in the group.

For some reason, assigning group members to the group from the bundle wizard didn't work.
