Created attachment 867853 [details] screenshot Description of problem: All of help is not translated. Choose for example the Japan locale and hit the "?" menu. It will still contain the item "What's New". Choosing the item will display the "What's New" popup which is described only in English. See attached screenshot for the German locale.
Again - this issue also applies to BRMS.
Note: Not only the "What's New" item isn't translated but also the "Help" item in the "?" menu.
That is a significant amount of work, both in coding and translation. Only for splash screens, about 35-40 images with several texts need to be regenerated for every language (attach a couple of examples), as well the related .html files (which also have texts inside). About 40 images x 7 languages = 280 images would need translation and regeneration in several languages. An strategy must be set to deal with this in a sustainable way. Possibilities: - Remove texts from images and display them by the application. - Standarize the image generation with a product that supports resource bundles and can generate multiple translated images. - Overlay texts to images in some way.
Pedro's suggestion makes a lot of sense as the translation and coding work would be indeed significant. However the localization team can help with translations once the coding part is sorted and the string are loaded into Zanata. Just let us know and we will schedule it if necessary.
There is 'none' content under '?' menu by now, see Comment 3 and Comment 4, waiting for Dev/Engineering for the fix solution.

Please skip Comment 5, all the help are unlocalized now.
Checked on the latest ER3 build, the string 'None' is localized now under ? menu, but still the localized help content not ready by now.
