Description of problem:
Go to community and check blog page. Set the browser size than 768px and check the blog navigation. It can't show blog navigation correctly. It happens on iPhone4s as well. Detail can be found in screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to community and visit blog page with browser size less than 768px
2. Check blog navigation
3. 


Actual results:
It can't show blog navigation with browser size less than 768px.

Expected results:
The blog navigation should display as proper style.

Test on fork_ami_online_ui_432_1073. It will show blog navigation successfully with browser size less than 768px. So verify this bug. Thanks!
