Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhc app create test python-2.7
2. rhc cartridge add mongodb-2.4 -a test
3. add settings.py to .openshift/mms and git push
4. rhc cartridge add 10gen-mms-agent-0.1 -a test

Actual results:
