Description of problem: Navigating to a folder in Nemo, then trying to search will return no results if the folder is not indexed. Same behavior works fine in Nautilus. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): nemo-2.0.8-7.fc20 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to a folder not part of the search index 2. Search for anything known to exist Actual results: Nothing. Expected results: Proper search results. Additional information: Running Nemo under GNOME 3 + GNOME Shell, not Cinnamon.

Are you aware of what the problem is, or that it manifests on other distributions, to be able to say it is an upstream issue? Because I seriously doubt you'll find the search to be completely broken in Mint with no reports of it.
