Description of problem:
Can't start VM created by the template.
Getting error message from engine as follows:

VDSCommand: java.lang.NullPointerException

How reproducible:
Always at my setup (https://10.35.160.208/ovirt-engine/)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn off VM3ISCSI VM.
2.Create a template from VM VM3ISCSI.
3.Create a new VM based on created template in section 2.
4.Try to start the newly created VM.
5.Expect to receive error messages in engine as described within the logs. 

Actual results:
VM created from a template can't run on a host and engine getting errors as described within the log.

Expected results:
VM should run smoothly without errors.

Additional info:
engine, vdsm logs.
Please look around 2014-03-03 10:56 within the logs.

what is the exact version? Is it at least ovirt-3.4.0-beta3?

So we believe we fixed it in beta3. If you want to retest please go ahead, otherwise I'd close the bug as duplicate of bug 106883

Hi Michal, if it's a dup, I'd prefer that you'd close it, as it really should be closed then as a dup:)

Otherwise please assign it to Storage team to retest (acanan).
