An lshw output

Description of problem:
First of all, apperently it's an issue with a part of the kernel (an issue also on Ubuntu 13.10).
Second, it seems to be an issue with the ACPI shutdown.
The problem is that after switchin Fedora 20 off and disconecting it's Power cord there is a battery drain of about 10% in about 10 Hrs.
Issue does not happen with M$ based systems and when ejecting battery from machine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Turn off a Fedora lap top and disconect the power cord. Then wait a few Hrs. and reconect power cord - the battery starts to recharge.

It seems as if a similar issue exist for years now with different types of laptops (Possiblly Toshiba's laptops):

While it seems as if the problem is with the ACPI handle of the kernel

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
