Description of problem:
File /opt/rh/v8314/root/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages is not owned by any package which is causing leftover directories after package removal.

Actual results:
 | $ rpm -qf /opt/rh/v8314/root/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/
 | file /opt/rh/v8314/root/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages is not
 | owned by any package

Expected results:
All files should be owned or exception must be explicitly given if necessary.
