Update to lucene 4.7.0

Thermostat doesn't build with current version of lucene.

Attached patch should fix it.

Thanks, Michael! Patch is much appreciated. While this makes thermostat build, I'm not sure if it'll work at runtime. Currently, I'm hitting bug 1073073. Anyhow that's a different issue. Closing:
