Result: To register a provisioned host using subscription-manager, make sure that the host has these parameters present and configured before provisioning: * "subscription_manager" is set to "true" * "subscription_manager_username" is set to subscription account user name * "subscription_manager_password" is set to subscription account password * "subscription_manager_repos" is a comma-separated list of repositories to enable on the host

This is fixed in Foreman but also needs to be fixed in Foreman Installer, which is what this bug is for.

This depends on a workaround [1] for a RHEL 6.4 bug (bug 1008016) which needs to be present in Foreman's redhat_register kickstart snippet. Dominic is doing a new build of Foreman RPMs with the workaround [1] included.

verified that snippet template used by RHEL Default Kickstart uses subscription manager.
