Build of asl fails on PPC64 EL6 due to unsatisfied BuildRequires of tex(german.sty), needed to build documentation.

False alarm. Nothing PPC64 related. The failure happens on all architectures, and I just need to make the BuildRequire of tex(german.sty) conditional so that it's not required on EL6.
