I have no idea what the requirements are for the folder level. Expanded at the level where the .xml book file is?

This was caused by the enterSteps function declaration not having the resultCallback variable defined. See https://github.com/pressgang-ccms/PressGangCCMSImport/commit/34e44670b112355b6610f4262d3417927bdd4af9
