Description of problem:
Next login after collapse system tree using new button introduced by aad30cf will open Admin. Portal with main tabs in the same position expected for expanded system tree.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Collapse system tree
2. Logout
3. Login

Actual results:
Tabs in wrong position.


Expected results:
Tabs in the edge to system tree position.
