I need more details. does the portal work? does the ad hoc reports?
The reports portal works. Login to the portal while that error is on the admin portal, will automatically use the SSO user - and it does login.
This is a known issue that will be resolved by the next build the workaround for now is to run: # mv /usr/share/ovirt-engine-reports/conf/conf/jasperserver.license /usr/share/ovirt-engine-reports/conf
