Previously, when DWH and Reports were installed on an engine with remote database, the following error appeared when trying to open the Dashboard tab in the Report web interface: "Your license doesn't allow access to Dashboards. Please contact Jaspersoft Technical Support." This issue will be resolved by the next build. The current workaround is to run: # mv /usr/share/ovirt-engine-reports/conf/conf/jasperserver.license /usr/share/ovirt-engine-reports/conf

I need more details. does the portal work?
does the ad hoc reports?

Comment 6 Barak Dagan 2014-03-09 10:35:12 UTC
The reports portal works.
Login to the portal while that error is on the admin portal, will automatically use the SSO user - and it does login.

Comment 7 Yaniv Lavi 2014-03-09 12:17:53 UTC
This is a known issue that will be resolved by the next build the workaround for now is to run:
# mv /usr/share/ovirt-engine-reports/conf/conf/jasperserver.license /usr/share/ovirt-engine-reports/conf
