full oo-admin-repair and chk output

Description of problem: oo-admin-chk level 1 reports key mismatches between broker and node; oo-admin-repair -ssh-keys doesn't repair them. 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openshift-origin-broker-util-1.21.4-1.el6oso.noarch

How reproducible:
always, in STG environment

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run oo-admin-chk --level 1
2. run oo-admin-repair --ssh-keys to correct the mismatches
3. run oo-admin-chk --level 1 to verify keys were corrected

Actual results:
Keys are not corrected

Expected results:
Keys should be corrected
