I can't see anything special about 'Job 2436' in the log.

Comment 2 Tim Waugh 2014-03-07 17:38:03 UTC
It looks like the page was sent successfully. The printer certainly accepted the job.

Did the printer do anything at all?

Comment 3 antonio montagnani 2014-03-07 18:16:09 UTC
no, the printer blinked for a while, but I got error 91 on the printer log.
Funny as I could print the printer test page and any document in any format.

Until monday I can't print anything, anyway do not hesitate to ask for any additional info or test..

> I got error 91 on the printer log.

That looks relevant. What's this printer log? What does the complete message say?

new trobleshoot output

I tested again: test page is not printed, while printer test page is printed!! no idea how to see log printer page

Comment 6 Tim Waugh 2014-06-10 08:33:07 UTC
Can you please change the "Auto Continue" setting on the printer to "Off" and try again?

Comment 8 antonio montagnani 2014-06-30 11:11:27 UTC
unfortunately this is an office printer where I cannot make any change (and there is no operator as the office is small and I am not allowed to operate)

Comment 9 Tim Waugh 2014-07-02 13:44:05 UTC
There is further advice about 'error 91' on this page:
http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ricoh-savin-gestetner-lanier/22699-ricoh-print-error-log-codes.html#post85061

Without being able to try some of those solutions it's difficult to see how to proceed. Hope you get it working.
