Description of problem:
Reloading page in Runtime section results in redirect to overview page. 

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to any page under Runtime section (for example Patching) 
2. Reload Browser window 


Actual results: Users is redirected to Overview page
Expected results: User is still on the same page

Situation is similar for various other section of console. It is safe to assume, that this only work properly for subsystem related pages under Configuration.
