Go to e.g. the group of CPU metrics, enable idle metric and then open the user load graph. This is only partially visible (on some smaller screens). Scroll down to make 
it fully visible.
Once a refresh kicks in, the graphs scroll to top of box and the user load becomes partially hidden again.

I think this is not fixable in GWT-Land, but with Angular we should make sure that the have a bounding box that "stays open" and that the graphs themselves get updated in place.

Bump the target version now that 4.11 is out.
