%mvn_artifact writes XMvn reactor files without effective POM files.  This prevents %mvn_install from generating auto-requires.

If no effective POM is available then XMvn should try its best to generate auto-requires from raw POM (or Ivy) files.

With the new metadata format requires need to be generated by %mvn_artifact.

javapackages-tools-4.1.0 supports auto-requires in %mvn_artifact. closing.
