Adds six as a runtime requirement

Description of problem: Mock builds of new python-rdflib package are failing because of a runtime dependency on the "six" module that is not hit by basic tests.

Thanks to Josh Stone for identifying the problem at https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2014-March/196647.html

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.999-1

I'm attaching a git-formatted patch; please apply it with "git am" to preserve my authorship (for what little it's worth); alternately, you could add me as a committer.
