Comment 2 Kevin Kofler 2014-03-14 11:45:51 UTC
QtXml comes from Qt itself, qtsoap is only one of the ways it can become network-facing and thus one of the affected use cases.

This issue has already been addressed in all 3 shipped versions of Qt in all supported Fedora releases:

qt5-qtbase-5.2.0-1.fc20 (new upstream release including the fix)
qt-4.8.5-15.fc20 (backported patch provided by upstream)
qt3-3.3.8b-56.fc20 (patch backported by Fedora)

qt5-qtbase-5.2.0-1.fc19 (new upstream release including the fix)
qt-4.8.5-15.fc19 (backported patch provided by upstream)
qt3-3.3.8b-56.fc19 (patch backported by Fedora)

and in Rawhide.
