Description of problem:
If through SetupNetworks you create several labels with the same name on specific Host NIC and push ok button, an action succeeds with no error message, though only one label with unique name will be created for that NIC

Steps to Reproduce:
1. SetupNetworks -> Edit NIC
2. Add 2 labels with the same name to that NIC
3. Push ok button

Actual results:
An action succeeds, though only one label will be added for that NIC

Expected results:
An error message should be displayed to user that he should provide labels with different names

Look how adding VNIC profiles with the same NIC works today and keep the same behaviour.
