afaict, uuid-pgsql needs to be rebuilt with postgres 9.3 libs.

Description of problem:

> psql < /usr/share/pgsql/uuid.sql
[...]
ERROR:  incompatible library "/usr/lib64/pgsql/ossp-uuid.so": version mismatch
DETAIL:  Server is version 9.3, library is version 9.2.
[...]

i see, that it is in fact known not to work and there is an official replacement. i could still install it today on f20, so somehow this did not work as intended.

closing as NEXTRELEASE, as there won't be tha package anymore.
