While this setting is covered later in the Ceilometer configuration section [1] it is missing from the earlier Cinder section. If missed, this can cause issues in manually installed envs where multiple hosts are used for cinder-* services with different values are set for control_exchange in cinder.conf (BZ#1072531 for example).

Please highlight this setting in the Cinder configuration section to avoid this.
