Description of problem: I have a Compaq 7111LA PC (Intel Pentium 4 processor) when I try to Upgrading from linux 7.1 to linux 9 at the end, I received next text: "File a detailed bug report against anaconda at http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla". Since that moment I can't re-boot the PC, It doesn't work and never appear the screen to select the OS (Operative System) dos or linux. When I try to re-install linux 9 detects that exist the linux 9 version, I try to make a rebootable diskette but appear this Warning: "Aviso: No se ha instalado ningun paquete del kernel en su sistema. La configuracion del gestor de arranque no cambiara" The possible tanslation can be: "No kernel package was installed into your system. The manager agent's configuration didn't change." And can't re-boot my PC. Finally a could re-make the MBR with fdisk /mbr utility of windows and I see the Windows again, but I can't boot whith Linux. Please teel me what can I do to see Linux 9?. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Every time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Choose upgrade the linux 9 2. Choose GRUB (or with LILO, is the same) Actual results: The upgrade stop and sent the next notice. "File a detailed bug report against anaconda at http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla" Expected results: Finish correctly the upgrade of linux 9 and Work with It.
