Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): nagios-3.5.1-1.el6.x86_64 glusterfs-3.4.0.59rhs-1.el6rhs.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install nagios server and the required packages for a storage node to be monitored on one of the RHS nodes. The configuration file with the above contents would typically be present after installation. 2. Start the required services and navigate to the Nagios web UI. 3. Click on Hosts in the list on the left-hand side of the screen. Actual results: Status information for the node running the nagios server is null. Expected results: The status information for the RHS node running the nagios server should be displayed correctly, and not as 'null'. Additional info:

Removed the check for ping status for the nodes. Only the service states are checked for the overall host status now.
Verified as fixed in nagios-server-addons-0.1.0-14.git4d7a474.el6.x86_64.rpm. Status information for the RHS node hosting the nagios server is not null anymore.
