Description of problem:
spacewalk-common-channels utility does not provide any information if the channel creation fails for whatever reason (in my case I've tried to create channel with already existing name in different org)

spacewalk-utils-2.2.8-1.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
determistic

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create second organization
2. /usr/bin/spacewalk-common-channels -u admin -p nimda -a x86_64 'centos6*' # 1st org
3. /usr/bin/spacewalk-common-channels -u zralok -p zralok -a x86_64 'centos6*' #2nd org

Actual results:
user is not notified that the action failed neither the application exit code differs from zero

Expected results:
massage about failure and exit code differs from zero
