How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Admin go to maitai bpms qa site.
2. Click Authoring-> Administration->Repositories->List->Readme.md
3. Click Download button.

Actual Result:
Error page shown as attachment: JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 404 - /business-central/org.kie.workbench.KIEWebapp/defaulteditor/download

Expected Result:
The download page should shown without exception.

Verified on 6.0.1.
Admin is able to upload a new version of "readme.md" and download again to view modified content without exception.
