Description of problem:
As summary

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
https://maitai-bpms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com based on BPMS6.0.0

How reproducible:
50%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Admin Go to maitai-bpms site.
2. Clicking Authoring->Artifact Repository.
3. Upload an existing jar file.
4. Press F5.

Actual Result:
"ToSubject", "ClientBus"... shown as attachment , user can not back to maitai site. need refresh page again.

Expected Result:
The existing jar file is refreshed without exception.

Note: this issue can not repro 100%

Cannot reproduce with 6.1.0.x on either Chrome 39.0.2171.65 or Firefox 33.0. I uploaded a good 10-15 JARs on each browser hitting F5 at random intervals but could not repeat the problem.
